Mirza Mahdi Khan Mazandarani a.k.a Muvaffaq al-Mamalik (the son of the deceased Aqa Mirza Baba Isfahani), the treasurer of the royal stable, and his three aunts, Hajiyah Zahra Khanum, Hajiyah Sakinah Khanum, and Hajiyah Maryam Khanum, settled three-sixths of the village Aqjari [Aqajari] in Maraghah with Husayn Aqa, the merchant from Tabriz, for 3000 tumans.

Sayyid Isma‘il, Ma‘sumah Khanum's husband, signed and confirmed the settlement on behalf of their sons, Sayyid Abu ‘Ali and Ahmad Aqa.
